IMO the only reason that we have not seen a secondary offering is that management knows that there is much more upside in the near future.

Ram: I certainly don't have any inside information and my crystal ball is usually way off base, but it seems to me that the power of this move with out benefit of news says more than an additional P.O. here. Maybe a joint venture like you say or possibly a licensing agreement with some deep pockets. Whatever it is I am sure enjoying the ride. duckster
