If you would come to our chat channels and explain your problem, we would do our best to fix them.

While we appreciate constructive criticism on the SI threads, just getting on and saying the "system crashed" is not very helpful. As I post this we are explaining to our members in real time in our chat support area the short outage that just occurred.

We did experience a brief loss of ticker data from out provider this morning (around 10:30)and we apologize for the data loss. This outage had no affect on our trading module. This type of brief data loss is one of the few we have ever had in our 18 months of operation.
