Solomon Alliance Group, Inc. Commences Merger Discussions
ALPHARETTA, Ga., Dec. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Solomon Alliance Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SAGE - news) d.b.a. Knowledge2Go together with its wholly owned subsidiary, Visual Link Wireless, Inc. (collectively, ''Solomon''), wishes to announce its recent decision to enter into serious merger discussions with no fewer than two private companies that, upon completion, would significantly increase Solomon's asset base and revenue stream. Mr. Tom Weston, President and CEO, said, ''Our goal is to enter into a business combination with an attractive private company which will result in an increased valuation per share in both the near and long term, based on both a balance sheet and a going concern analysis.''

During the third quarter and fourth quarters of this year Solomon has considered other possible merger candidates but most recently Solomon has identified and commenced dialogues with two prospective merger partners. Mr. Weston said, ''We are optimistic regarding our current discussions with these particular companies and have already initiated a detailed due diligence process with them. Certain significant concessions by principal shareholders have been worked out and together with an appropriate recapitalization, will make such a merger possible.''

Mr. Weston added, ''Knowledge2Go is entering into an exciting new growth phase in the rapidly expanding wireless data market, partly due to our recent merger with MPTG Communications. With our continuing focus on custom integrated wireless Internet products and services Knowledge2Go is positioning itself to become a premier Wireless Data Solutions Provider for both the business to business and personal use markets.''
