(OTC Bulletin Board: SAGE - news) d.b.a. Knowledge2Go together with its wholly owned subsidiary, Visual Link Wireless, Inc. (collectively, ''Solomon''), wishes to announce its recent decision to enter into serious merger discussions with no fewer than two private companies that, upon completion, would significantly increase Solomon's asset base and revenue stream.
