IMO once the market feels better about CS the mkt.cap will inncesantly grow to more internetish P/E ratios.

Imagine a 35 to 1 Mkt Cap ratio with a 10 to 1 sales ratio. Does not seem farfetched and means a doubling of the present share price (assuming same amount of shares).
