MAT. John, Any number of things could be the catalyst that moves MAT up in the short term. Some examples are abatement of tax loss selling, institutional buying after 30 day wait period is up after tax loss selling, speculation that earnings won't be as bad as people thought, speculation that the problems at The Learning Company will be resolved, technical factors that could bring in more buyers such as the stock is oversold and basing, and the realization that Barbie and Hot Wheels are worth more than the current stock price. I don't know when MAT will move up, but I'm confident that one will make money buying it at or below 12 1/2. Best of luck, Dan
