In a lot of cases even the companies change their mind about when to report in the last 2 weeks beforehand. But we are using the most accurate information we have, which is what everyone else on Wall Street is basing their decisions on, so that is what counts. I know that EP 12/31 #2 will not report that day, because whoever's calendar that is from said 9/30 last quarter, and the company did not report until 10/21. We have time to get that right, meanwhile we can still follow the stock. And when you said 13 (trading) days of upswing you were correct. That is the length of time from the average minimum closing price to the earnings date. I keep that number posted on my web site. John
