Maybe Dan (MBA) could answer that better than I, but my guess is that it could be seen as an asset. I think that is jumping the gun, though, because the release did not disclose specifics about the transfer of the $10 million, nor its timing. So, how much of an asset depends on the burn rate, the atartup time of the joint venture, and transfer specifics.

I am not concerned with that money in any capacity except that
1. it should prove adequate to start the venture (SM already has the marketing pipelines) and the publicity of its product.
2. it does not come from GUMM, but Swedish Match.
