Then there is anomoly trading. . .and trading on patterns. . . like take a look at CMGI volume at open the past two weeks. . . or the number of times ETEK has gapped up over the past 2 weeks. . .if you wanted to just scalp 2 or 3 points a day, you could pay for your Christmas presents.. . . keeping in mind that scalping is a form of daytrading which requires placing a large amount of money at risk. . . to gain a small amount of money in a very quick time period. . . not for everyone.
