Predicting price . . . Don't get me wrong, I didn't say the price was going to jump through the roof on this announcement. In fact, having been through this with Trimble Navigation when its founder was bounced, I don't expect too much of a reaction up or down. I just think that $5 is equally unrealistic, and there is a reasonably good chance the ASCOM shares get placed, which will help the stock. We may see 6's for a short time, but we don't touch $5 absent some major adverse development.
