AMCT for a buy and hold into Jan. 2000..here is why..
Fridays top 10 Mutual fund gainers were REITs looks like they are technically bottomed with interest flowing into them.

AMCT (a realestate capital trust) is paying a quarterly dividend of .44 cents per share to shareholders of record on Dec. 31 1999.

AMCT has a triple bottom at $8, stock has just rebounded off this low, company has a book value of 12 3/4s, float of 6.6 million, OS of 10 million, and has been in Merger Buyout talks recently.

Looks like a winner into 2000...paying dividends with momentum...solid cash flow with positive earnings. Money should be moving from speculatives to solid cash flow companies early in January ...gettting a little ahead of it all..
