Doug, you have greater courage than I do! I've been patiently waiting for 1 year for my oil service & E&P holdings to take off. It's been frustrating to see the price of oil and gas rise so much and these investments just sit there (who said "it's the price of oil stupid!"). I do not want to chance selling stocks now and then having a catalyst (such as a Y2K caused disruption in oil and/or old man winter's belated arrival) cause the stocks to go up drastically before I could buy them back. Living in a third world country, I believe that there is a high risk of significant Y2K problems outside of the US.
