Sucking Dell and Gateway into a black hole???? Intel is a company that makes MP's. They've got new ones; they sold them to their customers. Simple. If Mr. Grove was right, and "Only The Paranoid Survive", you should live forever. John BTW - Intel wouldn't negotiate an exclusive agreement based on supplying 800 MHz processors. They know, from MSFT's current problems, that the DOJ frowns on that type of behavior.
