Keep in mind Ken, that in order for tens of millions of Americans to receive their nourishment from dumpsters, it is necessary for the bond market to be sacrificed along with the stock market.

Ken, that's no longer necessary, due to the 'surplus'. a rising stock market brings votes however, and even helps avert impeachments. never mind that the U.S. govt. debt rises by 260 million dollars per day...we have a surplus!
anyway, the exploding current account deficit will force rates much higher...and at some point not even the NAZdung will be able to ignore that.
