To all who PM'd me on the P&D list (some 36 people in total): I've given some thought to the idea and while I think there would be some benefit, I would also fear that I could potentially start a witch hunt and have a case of McCarthy-ism on our hands, which is against my nature and making accusations against the innocent in some cases. All of us (including myself) can be rightly accused of a bad pick or two and turning up the volume some when they feel they've got a live one and perhaps this is what we witnessed today. My intent was not to silence the exuberance, but rather to rid ourselves of some of the dreck that has recently appeared. I would like to give folks the benefit of the doubt here and while I'd like to think we trade amongst a small circle of cyber friends, it is very tough to tell who's packing what sort of ammo these days and we all know its a jungle out there. Finally, I've learned that penny plays don't pay, nor do tips from new found "friends."
