Chris, I'll leave out the discussion on WCAP for now, that'll come later. The Nasdaq makes me nervous going into the new year. I suspect investors are holding off selling to defer capital gains. January will be a different story. I'm compelled to balance my portfolio with the right mix between long and short positions. With the huge run today in sympathy to JWEB, WCAP falls into the short category.

Regards,

Tom

Chris, SFE's holdings in ICGE alone is worth more than SFE market cap, and SFE is a well respected company with WS. WCAP, a closed end fund run by 3 employees, is a different story. During the run last time, some compared WCAP to CMGI, what a joke that was. WS agreed. Once traders were done playing with it, stock dropped from 60s to low teens. Will it happen again? I'm betting on it.

Regards,

Tom
