Voltaire-I have had a good buddy who keeps asking me what to buy..I telling QCOM & CMGI. Well, yesterday he finally bought 20k of each......he is one happy camper today. But here is the kicker, when he called his broker, he asked what he thought of QCOM...the answer? "We don't cover it" He opened a Datek account last night.

I actually got a call from a very sharp brokerage guy(financial officer at HQ) at a regional firm when Q was crossing 500 today. He has been read the Q story frontwards and backwards for several years and knows I quit my job earlier this year. Net result: He's opening a position after it splits. Cooters
