Strike down maybe, but not to make law. We have far too many unelected and unaccountable judges who think it's their business to perform social experiments on the rest of us.

A perfect example was bussing. 85-90% of the people were against it, but some loony judge thought it was a great idea to perform a socials experiment on our children. The cost was an education system thrown into chaos.

This is simply the latest example. No where in the constitution does it say anything about how education should be handled. Yet this judge feels it's his right to force the legislative branch (elected by the people) in one direction. Namely, against vouchers and for socialized education.

State legislative branches should simply start ignoring these power hungry judges and do what they know is right for the people. What would the judge do arrest them or something?

I will applaud when this case finally reaches the Supreme Court. Where it will surely be overturned. And this judge is shown to be the, less than constitutional scholar, than he is.
