I never worried about the price of mobil because they paid good dividends, can you say the same for exxon, sure hope you can. They are both well run oil companies, they both have good consistent dividends..it is a good marriage IMO. Just buy and hold. Oil, coal and natural gas ain't goin' out of style for quite awhile. Mobil has coal, Exxon has gas and they both have oil...better balance now. Exxon is probably the more conservative of the two. Mobil is not gone...these guys are brothers. Mobil's consumer relations will be a benefit. Zeuspaul
