I think the modem business will be OK but really nothing to get excited about. A lot of competition, low margins.

If you remember, when COMS was trading in the 20s the thinking was that you were paying for COMS and getting the Palm business for free. I think the roles have been reversed now.

COMS will probably take a hit tomorrow, but i'll bet it's nothing like this after-hours hysteria.
