Here is a question that you will be able to answer.

Here is a header from DWA's LCOS as of today

LCOS (12/21/1999) 92.13 Up 9.567
Sector: Internet (Risk: *Bear Confirmed 50-) Stock Mom: Pos
RS = Buy, 10/05/1999; column = Xs - Trend Chart Broke a Double Top on 12/21/1999
and one from DELL

DELL (12/21/1999) 49.75 Up 2.062
Sector: Computers (Risk: Bull Confirmed 62+) Stock Mom: Pos
RS = Sell, 05/25/1999; column = Os - Trend Chart Broke a Triple Top on 12/17/1999

Now, why would LCOS have broken a DT today but DELL did not? Is it
because the three prior tops at 49 for DELL were back in September,
while LCOS had established a Top at 92 just recently?

hey Jan:
I am in a cyber cafe in Asia but reading your updates daily is wonderful!!
I sold my Qwest before I left the U.S. It is hard to believe the rally in techs with the bond so high and the BP so close to reversing. It is comforting to know that you are there to keep us up to date on the major changes.
BTW. Part of my reading is DOW 3600, just started it but the authors have a very interesting point of view. Will post more when I finish it.

Happy hols' Jan, may the new millenium bring you all you wish for.

best,

Ray

-There isn't a Naz BP for right now

Jan, when I enter BPOTC, I get a nice chart titled 'Bullish Percent for OTC Bull Percent'. I have been assuming this chart to be basically a Nasdaq BP chart. If this is not the case, what exactly is this chart?

thanks, DaveB

>The NYSE BP also has Nas stocks in it by the way.

Are you sure? I know there are technology stocks in the NYSE (like AOL), international ADRs and closed end mutual funds but I did not think a stock could trade on the NYSE & NAZ.

I was going to suggest a blend BP of NYSE & NAZ.
