JUNO Online Services (JWEB): "..Street Loves Free Access Model: A report by an analyst at PaineWebber gave a thumbs up to Juno Online's (JWEB) just-announced plans to expand its free e-mail service toinclude general Internet access, sending the company's shares up 130 percent. The analyst said Juno should be able to cut its per-user telephone costs from $5 to $2 and pack twice as many users onto each node in its network.
