Hey, many thanks to the cheering section! It wasn't very long ago that we'd have gone bananas over a 1 3/8 point gain, and I'm still very pleased to see it now. Of course, 25 by year-end would definitely call for a resounding YEEEAAAHOOOOO!!!

Now, everybody practice that until we get there.
