If it is on Yahoo and not publically available, then that is a serious problem. Whoever reported that will be gone after by the SEC and the Feds, pretty much either way it should be investigated, as this is happening way too much these days. The SEC is serious and will prosecute as we have seen as late.

1) All information has to be publically available to all in a public forum 2)If it is real then it is inside information if not publically avail.

Seems very strange and you can't trust yahoo as far as you can throw it. Give me the link from the poster on Yahoo(where YOU got it), I will forward it to the proper authorities.

whomever made up this rumor better hope it turns out to be true or they will find themselves under SEC scrutiny. I for one do not belive it, if there is a pos nasdaq stock that desreves to be delisted and belong in the OTC exchange its GEEK. I see no public records concerning what you have mentioned and I will rigorously try to get to the bottom of this. Rest assured if someone committed securities fraud here they will be found and prosecuted.
