Actually it does not appear to be company specific. Don't forget that MASK also warned, PLAB had weak Q thou they did beat the earnings and ETEC had a very uncertain outlook for near future. That whole sector is still in a lousy shape.

There was plenty of time to respond after hours in the thers, but no rxn, so we'll see.
