This is also a great quote and very informative. I have heard just about everybody say, "I am a contrarian indicator. As soon as I buy it will surely go down."

I think this is true because it is near impossible to pick the bottom. There is some downside in every stock purchases. A good thing to keep in mind when you buy is to expect to be underwater at some point.
