Sold my GUMM because I could not see the urgency for GUMM to render 49% against a $10 million investment from uncle Carl in Sweden if GUMM presently has a hot product flying out the stores and earning millions of bucks in America.

What does the nicotine agreement have to do with Zicam? GUMM has simply entered into another business and will enjoy 49% of the proceeds of that business without any extraordinary capital expenditure. They did not dilute one share of stock yet they have 49% ownership of a new company immediately valued at $10M.

The nicotine market is huge and GUMM has a worthy partner for overseas and domestic distribution. This allows instant marketing muscle as well as access to overseas distribution channels.

Moreover, it doesn't take anything away from the Gel Tech business.

You are welcome to sell your shares but I think your reasoning is circumspect.
