Wow !! As my old friend Maxwell Smart might say, "That's that's the 2nd longest post I've ever seen !" LOL !!! But thanks. Yeah I meant 500K -> 10 million. I use "M" rather than "MM". If true, pretty scammy. The going concern clause is also one of my personal favorites. And how is it that the can afford an acquisition (non-dilutive of course) ? The sad part is, this info has nothing to do as to whether this one will run or not. Either way, I hope you passed this info on to everyone you think was buying last week. Chris
