Cobalt The Curious -

Lot of people have faith and hope in Jesus that are anything but "devout" or "gentlemen". Actually, I am rather wary of people who describe themselves as "Devout Christian gentlemen" and such.

I compared the TIMING of Del's insult as being especially inappropriate in view of the season and attached sentiments -- the drug example was for the benefit of some stubborn soul who seemed to insist the timing of an act could or should have no affect on its degree of insult.

In the case of repugnant behavior around children, I simply wanted to know if Rambi thought it was right to speak up in such cases. She did not answer me.

I think it is well documented that I objected to what I perceived as a deliberate provocation from Del on the basis of my faith, imperfect though it (and I) may be.

What sense could have been offended? Hmmmmmmm.

Common courtesy? Respect for the beliefs of others at a special time of year for the devout? That's just off the top of my head of course. JLA
