OT There were more points he made, but I was throwing stuff at the radio by then. I'm sure glad that guy is as far from Government as possible. Could he be Canadian? Now Scott, don't be pickin' on us poor Canadians. Believe it or not, we don't have an inheritance tax here. Some of the provincial governments have a "probate fee" (only for folks without a will I believe) that was so ridiculously high that it was ruled a "tax" by the supreme court, and therefore illegal until passed through parliament. The fine government here in British Columbia simply passed it into law and made it retroactive.
