MyTrack working fine today, even @ open was able to place and fill orders. Still having problems with Intra-day chart loading speed (just took 26 seconds for 1 min. X 2 day chart). Historical charts load like lightning!!

Firstly allow me to apologize for my tardy response, I have been a victim of the nasty influenza that has been going around.

I will address your suggestions to the appropriate individuals for consideration. My explanation of the BB marketplace was not specifically addressed to you but to all people who trade those issues.

Please be aware that server and bandwidth capacity never exceed 40% of available resources; I and my staff constantly monitor all capacity issues and deploy additional resources as required. As to slowness at the open we do pay heed to customer reports of such events. I will be interested to see if these events continue after the holiday "e-shopping" season, as I have noticed a tremendous increase in 'net delays as reported by the internet traffic report web site.

Thank you for your suggestions and they will be seriously considered.
