Steve,
Why don't you think more of Realnetworks..They are a category killer and their market is just beginning to evolve...MSFT has been nipping at them from day one and not really making any progress...So many folks think audio/video is the future of the net and Real is dead center....Why aren't you more bullish here?

Steve -

Do you have an opinion on MSGI? Two of the largest shareholder are GE(18%) and CMGI(10%). Former CMGI exec, ED Mullen, is now an exec at MSGI. Thanks in advance for your comments.

I think that tbarber954 is probably referring to divine interVentures, which filed their initial S-1 last week. A thread has been started at:

Subject 32285

and I would encourage everyone to take a look at the S-1. This is going to be a very hot issue.

Steve...always suprised no mention of GLOBAL CMGI lookalikes the likes of either Softbank of Trans Cosmos...makes things like ICGE and SFE look microscopic in comparison and SFTBF and TC's net holdings are second to none...while I love my CMGI, they are VERY US-centric and Japan is where the US was 5 yrs ago wrt the net...could you imagine knowing what you now know about CMGI 5 yrs prior...WOW!!, that's where the Japanese VC's are today...Softbank will be as big if not bigger than MSFT.
