here is quick run down on LSON lason inc. this is a stock currently trading at $11.00. yearly high was $68.25. lason provides integrated information outsourcing for image and data capture, data management and output processing services. its customers are primarily in the commercial, healthcare, financial services and professional services industries. the company has met or exceeded analysts expectations in every quarter since going public. the trend is expected to continue with future growth expectations of 26-28%. only 18m shares 95% owned by institutions. vector vest gives the stock a value of $47.60/share.

the stock is under pressure due to concerns over its pooling of interest accounting method, potential management resignations, balance sheet issues and a lawsuit pending over one of its acquisitions. zacks believes that the stock has been unfairly punished on these unsubstantiated concerns.

now by no means do i believe this to be a quick turnaround but 2000 shares costs you only $22,000 and a 20 point return upwards in year 2000 (not unrealistic) nets you $40,000 before taxes. i think its a good risk. kind of reminds me of inso in some ways.

as always do your own dd and remember the timing on this stock may be like a takeover (ie a long time). however it may be worth your time to do a little more investigation on your own

best charlie
