A Ferret search of the web shows a great deal of articles written with the same information or similar information as the Bloomberg article carried. A great deal was published regarding the HITT "sensitivities". It seems the exposure was widespread.

That was in the news release issued by the company's lawyers in Florida.

The same lawyers are representing the company in the SLAPP suit, which claims that it was not Bloomberg, but Janice and 100 John Does who caused the stock drop.

Oops! Those lawyers just shot themselves in the foot, didn't they? They wouldn't have a chance, now, not with that news release in the hands of the defendants attorneys.

That news release by the lawyers proves that they are uninterested in pursuing, or even serving, the SLAPP suit. It was all just a bluff.
