It is nice to see that someone has confidence in the Company Stock at these prices. I've been buying myself after the preliminary Appeals Court Ruling. Of course on a much smaller scale than Mr Gross (who owns more than 4 million shares). I wonder if He has a better pipeline into the Company than the rest of us. At least, unlike the Officers and the Board of Directors, Mr Gross is dependent on the Stock Price to make money on this situation. I am still concerned that the insiders in CCO and Coastal Petroleum do not own much stock and may have a different agenda than we shareholders. BTW, is the address given in Gross's SEC filing his own personal address? I'd like to contact him personally and get his views on the situation. If anybody tells me that that is "rocking the boat", I'll have to have more specifics on what that means.
