I think, no I know, that most investors in CVIA would follow your lead. If Keith Anderson and his team had not dug in and bailed out this company then yes, we would be where WOTD is today: another worthless shell. If he goes, we go. So any takeover of this company would be stupid, since without faithful and happy shareholders in any public company you will not last long.

Speaking of WOTD, maybe they are the hostile group. They are now SHCC - Saratoga International Holdings Corp. Maybe they want to add CVIA's holdings to their own. If they gained control of CVIA, they could do a merger with SHCC (in effect taking over CVIA). KAA said he's never liked the way this hostile group does business. WOTD/SHCC would definitely fit that description.

Buying out the BOD would have been the best way to do it. Not only would they have gained a controlling interest, but most of the long time loyal shareholders would have bailed. They would have had little opposition. Having just said all that, I seriously doubt that it's WOTD/SHCC, but maybe their butt is still sore from being spanked by KAA. <g>
