The way some people interpret this is incredible when you consider that they turned down the chance to produce nicorette for a fraction of the potential that they have just negotiated. Agreed, Howard. Put simply, GUMM has just increased their balance sheet $4.9M without diluting a single share of stock or spending an additional cent of capital. They have capably spread the risk while increasing their potential profit margin by a huge multiple. They have added balance to their business (read that diversified product line) and a deep pockets "aggressive" marketing partner. Look for analyst coverage to begin soon. Only the weak hands and shorters relinquished shares yesterday. That was inevitable to set the stage for the next surge. Onward and upward very soon!
