Donkeyman, these guys currently have over 75 million shares outstanding. I believe the figure is closer to 85 million. With warrants and options they have the potential to break 100 million. So we are therefore sitting on a market cap approach $300 million.

All I can say for the sake of all of us is that any deal better be huge. In my opinion anything under $25 million will not due much to move us. There are plenty of companies out there with revenue far in excess of this with market caps close to UBS's.

Personally I believe that if any deal was a done deal and large enough to move the price of this stock they would not have had to come out with that "commenced development of RealLinux" release. To date this release is the one that concerns me the most, why jump on the bandwagon and go for a temporary pop if you know you have the goods in your core business.

time will tell,

Jim

You must be a numb momentum trader... This company -- just like RIMM -- will demonstrate the fundamentals to move the price of a 100 million share outstanding burden.

Lower float stock go up faster and come down faster. If that's what you want, there are plenty of over-hyped, low float internet shells. Enjoy.
