Yes, they've been there. It's usually something pretty small, on the back, or under the battery... and in fact, isn't one of the lawsuits with Motorola due to them not putting something like "Digital by Qualcomm" on some of their CDMA phones?

How long has QCOM been putting "digital by Qualcomm" labels on the phones where they have either sold asics and/or licensed cdma?

Gene, I've had a Sony phone for about 15 months that says Digital by Qualcomm on the back. Took me about 8 months to get the message. <gg>
