sw, I don't know yet. But I guess the other "clean" company has smaller float (~2 mil). If combined, maybe 7-9mil on the float with 100 mil OS. The potential is tremendous though with that kind of huge number of outstanding shares, since lots of institutional fundings have been going on. They know what this company can bring to the wireless network backbone. Yesterday night, I listened to the last Conference Call. The CEO says Qualcomm is focusing on CDMA chipset design, rather than on wireless network protocal infrastructure. So Qualcomm is out of the picture in competition. I believe ADVC's Spectrucell software-configured Operating System in wireless network can be a complemetary tool to the present wireless infrastructure, given the fact that no one has yet to have this kind of product to support all wireless protocal all at the same time in cell basestation. I will buy on any dip. More Nasdaq merger news is on its way.
