Gottfried, I'm sure the monthly historic data must be available, but possibly only to paying subscribers. I would like to see a plot of the different segments over a typical recovery. My gut feel is:

1. Backend recovers first as existing fabs are pushed to maximum capacity.
2. Frontend recovers last as new fabs are added.

I would love to see the relationship between the different segments in recovery (Mask/Reticle Man. Equip, Wafer Man. Equip, Wafer Processing Equip, Assembly Equipment, Inspection Equip, and Related Equipment).

Where is Katherine now that we need her?
