Lycos and Access Power Team Up to Cut UK Internet Users' Phone Bills

USA's premier Internet telephone service provider enables "flat rate"
calls to the USA, Canada and 11 European countries

Lycos, Europe's leading Internet hub, today announced an agreement with
Access Power, Inc. (OTCBB:ACCR) to market its flat-rate long-distance
Internet phone service, Net.Caller(TM).

Net.Caller is the world's most economical international calling plan
granting users unlimited PC-to-phone calling for a flat fee of only
(pound) 13 a month (plus local charges for internet access) to any
