This has sure turned into a negative board. There are a few in here a lot smarter than me regarding software etc. My background is finance. I'm looking for someone to tell me the story is different than before the rise. I was interested in this stock at 10, 18 and 29. The fundamentals still are present. Corel isn't only a Linux play but a very solid software supply and support. Corel certainly has gotten the attention it needed to bring life back from 4. Real money has bought, sold and continue to hold. The day traders don't control the market. And quite frankly, I applause the long and the shorts who took profits. There seems to be some panic selling at a loss. I personally think the exuberance of Windows 2000 has something to do with the Sell Off. Microsoft is a very profitable and powerful company. I read a report yesterday on Microsoft's talent. I've been told that Corel is not at a loss in this area. Certainly can't ignore but there is room for another. If not Corel, someone. I could name quite a few.
