tonto, AS Goldmen, WCAP underwriter and a large shareholder (10% I think), was in trouble with the law. They dumped a bunch of shares earlier this year when WCAP ran up from the teens into 20s

Tom, since you know so much about this, why don't you tell the truth? AS Goldman and the previous mgmt team were bought out 3 years ago by Paul Perlin. Since then Perlin has run a respectable business and changed the model from loans to local businesses to equity infusions in leading technology companies. AS Goldman and the previous insiders were fined by the SEC and forced to divest of their shares. The divesture took place on the way down last summer from the 20's into the teens, not the other way around. Painting this as an insider manipulation last summer is a bold faced lie.
