There was no specific charge. "Sexual Relations" needed further definition and the prosecutors were required to make that/those semantic distinction[s]...too little, too Late.

BS. He was required to answer truthfully. he did not. He LIED, abjectly. The Court held him in contempt and fined him over 90K.

Dear me Coey. I find it nauseating to see feminists who, having now prostituted their moral integrity to the likes of Bill Clinton, commence to try convincing everyone how good being a whore really is.

I abhor feminist ideology, but would have respected them had they remained true to their alleged principles. Now they appear to me as simply a bunch of ditsy leftist whores.
