regood opportunity to buy calls on the dip
And sell puts: I just received $5000 for the privilege of being forced (maybe) to buy someone's Q (100 shares) in January at 500!!!! Now 500 minus the 50 means I'd really be buying it for 450 and since I just bought 13 shares at 498 in my grandchild's account, I dont think I'd mind.
But the truth is, once we split and that 500 becomes 125, the Q aint gonna trade below that in Jan. So I keep the money and dont buy the shares.
Voila!
I only sold one because I'm a conservative aggressive investor. But what a concept selling puts on Q is!
