First of all, I wasn't addressing you Mindmeld about being a trader -- that was a generic point.

Secondly, you Cisco guys have to stop living in the PAST! Every time I make a business case for CSCO's downside, you guys merrily point out how much Cisco has made in the past 10 years and how the stock went up yesterday!

Investing is all about looking FORWARD because valuation is done on future earnings stream......obviously the past tells us where Cisco's strength are and why they made so much money -- and no DEBATE there. The issue is what is going to happen in the next few years NOT what happened the last few.

Convince me how and why CSCO will not only maintain their 80%+ market share in the Enterprise Router market but that they will merrily enter into the Carrier infrastructure market and push out companies like NT, LU, ERICY all the while writing off billions of dollars of acquisitions now that the FASB has finally closed the loophole on Pooled Interest bullshit.
