last time I checked the 5% from yesterday is gone, and we are down 6.96% in trading this am....we get zip news, altho we know it is out there! can you say gag rule, I think that is BS!!!!! I am not pickey about the reason the stock goes up, as long as it does! example seac down 2 from the 4 5/8 rise yesterday! we have given all ours back! I look for a test around the 12 area before the week or end of the year!
just might be a chance to sell and look for a buy back after the 1st???? I AM STILL DISGUSTED WITH THIS STOCK! and CCUR's handling of the Public Relations aspect of VOD! enots!

Their motto is "keep it moving, we ain't making money when it sits
still". These guys have made tons of money playing games with this
stock and they will continue to do it so you have two choices. Accept it or get out.

For us longs it has probably helped us overall since the liquidity
helps attract the larger buyers. For traders, it is great if you
understand how to play their game. As Sam said, you don't fight them, you play their game. That means there are times, like now,
where you forget the charts and the technicals because these guys
run it down when they want and they run it up when they want. They
do this when volume is light.

The reason some people, mostly on Yahoo, hate my guts goes way back,
about two years ago. They were running the stock between 1 3/8 and
2 3/4, back and forth. Chris and I got really irritated at this and
when they tried to take it back to 1 3/8 we put in a standing, good
til cancel buy order for 50,000 at 2. We never bought a share, the
stock would go no lower than 2 1/4. In the meantime, they figured out it was me that had the buy order and they bashed me unmercifully
here and on Yahoo.

In retrospect, I made a mistake. I should have played their game,
let them take it to 1 3/8 and then bought 75,000 more shares.
