I tried using FreePC for about three weeks... their technical support was long distance calls, no 800 numbers and lots of problems getting set up, which cost me more in that three week period than Mindspring which I use now... I was downloading a program and they couldn't handle it..... they just blew right out the top of my computer... the ads were not too bad, but I'm happily staying with Mindspring right now.....
