If the nicotine market is as huge as claimed and I have already a hot and very profitable selling product on hand with GUMM/Zicam technology then I do not need uncle Carl from Sweden. In return for his $10 million investment and 51% of my future profits originating in my own backyard. "Uncle Carl" does not get 1 cent from Zicam sales, Eddie. Uncle Carl and GUMM started a new company for nicotine gum sales only. Zicam is a separate company and has nothing to do with this. Why shouldn't GUMM become involved in the smoking cessation and nicotine alternative market? This may some day make more money than even Zicam for GUMM. Now they have no nicotine gum sales. 49% of what they can jointly manufacture, market and sell will be a whole lot better than 100% of nothing which is what they have now. This new venture will broaden their product line and solidify their core gum business. Next is dental gum which will effect the "hat trick" and this puck will really start to roll er, uh...glide!
