Good post, Rnitcher.... "These are the times that try men's soul's" - Thomas Paine I don't see what pepole are freaking about. I've said this before. There are two people. People that bought for the stock and people that bought for the company. Whoever buys for the company, always wins. Why? Because they have a clear idea what they are in. PEople that buy for the stock just do'nt konw, becaue they are buying with charts/numbers, with no idea what is behind them...Remember, the stock is dependent upon the company, not vice versa :-) Fatty By: rnitcher Reply To: None Wednesday, 22 Dec 1999 at 9:53 AM EST Post # of 10623 Rating: BUY with 12 month target of $35...I would suggest everyone take a few minutes and do some READING about the coverage on ASDS. Just a few highlights that you should make note of: "Compelling one-stop shop for e-commerce" "We expect the Company's Mercury software suite will be in HIGH demand" "..revenue expected to grow fourfold over the next two years" "It's next generation software suite, code named Mercury, is a WEB-based, object-oriented, customizable tool for back-end e-commerce solution and could become the INDUSTRY STANDARD when introducted in early 2000" "the e-fullfillment industry could grow to 20 BILLION within 5 years"... I suggest you read the Stephens coverage and then decide if it's time to BUY or sell!! reference: stephens.com Rating: BUY with 12 month target of $35 I also noticed that ASDS did not even actively market their services and soon to be software last year but now have a full sales staff and $6-8 million allocated to Sales and Marketing!!! Just image with an active sales and marketing staff and strategy where this baby's going to be in 6 months to a year!!!
